Joel Mensah and Nathan Mensah earlier this morning helped San Diego State University Men’s Basketball team record its fourth win in as many games.
San Diego State a few hours ago beat San Diego University 66-49 in a derby game that had both Ghanaian players have varied times on the court.
Nathan Mensah started the game at Center as he has done throughout this season and played 22 minutes recording five rebounds, two blocks and 10 points.
He attempted nine shots and converted five of those shots in a game teammate Wetzel Yanni top scored with 20 points.
Joel Mensah on the other hand, had a limited impact on the outcome of the game as he played just three minutes off the bench and registered a rebound, a block and two points.
San Diego University is yet to win a game this season and the latest loss is its fourth of the season. San Diego State plays Long Island University tomorrow with the Ghanaian duo set to compete.
