Tema Youth Basketball Club aims to clinch its first win in the ongoing Temple Jam Basketball Tournament in Lagos, Nigeria.

Tema is due to play Ebun Comets at 13:00 GMT tonight at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos in the final round of games at the group stage.

The Coach Emmanuel Quaye led side has missed out on wins in previous games played in Nigeria; Tema lost 65-68 to Gombe Bulls and lost 42-56 to Anambra Flames earlier this week.

Classification games are to be played on Thursday, November 20 at the same venue prior to the start of the semifinals and finals.

Tema is competing for a qualification spot from Group B alongside Bulls and Comets. Group A has Gidi Giants, Niger Porters, Delta Force and Oluyole Warriors competing.

The Ghanaian side recently concluded its campaign in the 2019 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I and finished in fourth place behind Ghana Fire Service, Adenta Leopards and Champions Braves of Customs.
