Braves of Customs will have to deliver wins in two games tonight at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu to stay in contention for season ending league titles.
Customs Male and Female teams will battle against Adenta Leopards and Ghana Police Service in the 2019 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I and Women’s Division respectively.
Braves play Police in Game 2 of the Women’s Final at 16:00 GMT after losing 45-48 in Game One; the win was Police’s first this season.
Customs play Adenta in the follow up game in Game 2 of the Men’s Division I Finals following a 65-57 Leopards win in Game 1 on Thursday at the Prisons Court in Cantonments, Accra.
As the most dominant Male and Female teams in Ghana, Braves stranglehold on the biggest club competition in the West African nation is on the line.
Lose to Police tonight and watch the rival team win back to back league titles; Lose to Leopards and watch the team regarded as the “next big thing” live up to that tag.
A possible Game 3 is on Sunday, November 17 at the same venue.
