West Siders play Suncity Braves in one of four games in the GSP League this weekend at the Sunyani Technical University (STU) Court.
The top tie tips off at 15:00 GMT on Saturday, November 9 before Catholic University College, Ghana (CUCG) Saints play defending league champions Young Boys.
LIR takes on Techiman Merchants while home side STU plays Desert Rabbits the following day with Rabbits and STU losing games in the first week.
West Siders and Braves recorded the best results in Week One of the new season as West Siders beat Saints 38-30 and Suncity beat STU 41-25.
Suncity Braves are two time league champions and have twice finished in second place to eventual winners University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) and Young Boys in 2016-2017 and 2018-2019.
The league is expected to end in March, 2020.
