The maiden edition of the competition took place in December 2018 but had no female players compete due to the absence of a Girls Division.
However, reports gathered by Ghana’s leading Basketball portal indicate this year’s edition will have girls compete in the one day tournament held in Ghana’s Port City Tema.
SOS Hermann Gmeiner, Alsyd Academy and Life International School placed first, second and third respectively in the 2018 Tournament.
This year’s tournament tips off on December 20 at the Fountain Head School with a host of Junior High Schools expected to compete.
The top three ranked schools in last year’s competition are set to play alongside the likes of Tema International School in the tournament that aims to serve as a major platform to unearth talent.
