Ghana Forward Ben Bentil secured a move to Panathinaikos Basketball Club in the offseason from Peristeri GS after a solid season with the latter in the Greek Super League.
The 24 year old Forward has had a slow start to life with the Greek Giant following his limited appearances in the EuroLeague Tournament.
Bentil isn’t eligible to compete in the Greek League due to a limit on the number of foreign based players but is eligible to compete in the continental competition.
In five games, the Sekondi native has played in five of Panathinaikos six games averaging 2.2 points and 1.8 rebounds in just 8:27 minutes of play.
Panathinaikos record is also indifferent for the season since the team has three wins in six games and missed out on wins due to one point losses to Olimpia Milano and French League Champions ASVEL.
The team is due to play Valencia from Spain in its latest game on Friday, November 8.
