Ghanaian side Braves of Customs is already in a must win situation as it prepares to play National Ports Authority Pythons from Liberia in the ongoing Basketball Africa League (BAL) qualifiers.
The team takes on Pythons today at 14:00 GMT in Cotonou, Benin after losing 59-82 to home side ASPAC in the opening game.

Pythons matchup against Braves is the team’s debut game in the NBA-FIBA Africa continental competition. Both teams are to battle for the top two places to advance from Group B.
A win over the Liberian side would be Customs first in the tournament which has the final stages slated for March, 2020 in Kigali, Rwanda.
