Three of the top ranked teams in the ongoing 2019 Tema Community Basketball League are set to be in action later today at the Tema Community 4 Court.
Reigning league champions Nungua Coldstore, Tema Rockets and Tema Community 4 will compete in the four game fixture list.
Community 4 leads the standings with 31 points from winning 14 of 17 games and has a two point advantage over Coldstore.
Rockets rank third in the 12 team standings with 27 points from winning 10 of 17 games. However, Coldstore has played 15 games and lost just once all season.
Bottom ranked Teshie Rangers plays Akatsi Rifles in the opening game at 15:30 GMT before Sakumono Titans play Rockets in the second game.
Sakumono ranks ninth in the standings and is in a heated race to make the playoffs in its debut season; Rifles, Teshie Vikings and Rangers rank in lower spots respectively.
Tema Community 2 plays Francophone All Stars before C4 squares off against Coldstore to climax the round. Below is a full breakdown of the standings:
