2019 CAP7 Memorial Basketball Tournament Adenta Leopards had members from the team dominate the All Star team of the Tournament.

This year’s edition of the competition held to celebrate fallen personalities in Ghana basketball came to a close this past weekend at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

Leopards topped the Men’s Division by beating Tudu Galaxy 60-45 in the final with Braves of Customs winning the Women’s Division.

Two time winners Adenta had Muhaimin Guba, Center Fayad, Emmanuel Wolff and Kwame Opoku named in the Tournament’s All Star team.

Tema Youth’s Joshua Annan was the sole non Leopards representative on the team; Annan teamed up with Tema for the competition from Ada Knights.

Aside winning the tournament for the second year in a row, Adenta also had a member from its team win the Most Valuable Player Award.

Opoku was named the 2019 MVP a year after Kwame Mawukor received the award for his elite marksmanship in the 2018 edition.

Leopards rank second in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) and in line for a playoff run.
