Later today, Ghana Air Force teams competing in the 2019 Accra Basketball League (ABL) season will feature in league games at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.
The Men’s Team is due to play Novas in the Men’s Division II right after the Women’s Team takes on Ghana Navy in the opening game of the round at 15:00 GMT.
Air Force Men’s team is coming off a shock 52-53 loss to Tudu Galaxy in the immediate past round of the season. The loss was Air Force’s second in 10 games and had the team slip to third place in the standings.
With a point total of 18, Air Force could return to the second spot should the team manage a win over Novas who disappointed against Ada Knights; Novas lost 50-63 and ranks fourth with 15 points.
In the Women’s Division, Air Force has a tough challenge today against fourth ranked Navy who have six wins in nine games. Air Force on the other hand has three wins in 10 games.
