The Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I game between Ghana Fire Service and Adabraka CYO has been rescheduled according to information reaching Basketballghana.com
The game is to be played later today at the Prisons Court in Cantonments after the fixture was originally scheduled to take place on Friday, August 16 at the same venue.
The matchup was cancelled and subsequently moved to today due to lighting challenges at the league venue. This has been a regular occurrence recently in the league.
Lighting problems have been a challenge this season in the league, with the Prisons getting an upgrade midway through the first round of the campaign.
The Lebanon House Court league venue in Tudu has not held any games for most parts of this season due to a poor lighting system.
Fire’s matchup is due to take place after Adenta Leopards matchup against Ghana Police Service but Novas and Panthers game wont take place due to the arrangement.
In the Men’s Division II, University of Ghana (UG) beat Dunk Knights 67-29 on Friday.
