The 2019 FIBA African Under 16 Girls Basketball Championship semifinal fixtures are set to be honoured later tonight in Kigali, Rwanda.

The completion of games at the quarterfinals pushed Mali, Mozambique and Egypt into the Final Four stage of the biannual competition.

Defending champions Mali will play Mozambique at 17:15 GMT after Egypt takes on Angola in the first semifinal at 15:00 GMT at the Kigali Arena for places in the final.

Mali continued its historic streak by recording another huge win thanks to a 112-32 result over host nation Rwanda. After bagging 26 points in a similar demolition in the preliminary stages, Mariam Coulibaly scored 23 points for Mali.

Rwanda is still yet to clinch a win in the tournament and will play regional rival Tanzania in the classification game today.
