Tema Wildcats will compete in a friendly game against TUSK Foundation Basketball Club on Sunday, August 4 Basketballghana.com can confirm.
The matchup is scheduled to be played at the Tema Community 4 Court popularly known as the Chinese Court. The game tips off at 17:00 GMT.
TUSK competed in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II but is not participating in the ongoing 2019 league competition.
Wildcats on the other hand, are playing in the Tema Community Basketball League for the first time and have largely impressed in their debut season.
The team has whiffed on winnable situations in close games highlighting its lack of experience but managed four wins in 11 games in the first round of the season.
Wildacts have 15 points and rank seventh in the league. The Tema League is observing a break following the conclusion of a hectic first round and the upcoming friendly matchup will serve as the right tune up for Wildcats ahead of the second half of the season.
