Sampson
Indiana Pacers roster for Training Camp is officially set after the team completed the signing of Naz Mitrou-Long to a Two Way Contract.

Earlier in July, the team added Ghana Center Amida Brimah to its roster after the 6 foot 11 inch player impressed at the NBA Summer League.

In just 12.5 minutes, Brimah averaged 6.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.2 blocks for Brooklyn Nets who made the Final Four but lost to finalist Minnesota Timberwolves.

Forward Jakarr Sampson was also signed in the aftermath of Brimah’s deal which is partially guaranteed should he make the cut for the 2019-2020 NBA season. The start of training camp is two months away.

Brimah was in the same spot with San Antonio Spurs heading to the 2018-2019 season but did not make the final roster despite featuring in preseason games for Spurs.

Since going undrafted from the University of Connecticut, Brimah has spent two seasons in the NBA Gatorade League with Austin Spurs and helped the team win the 2017-2018 title.
