The league is on a break after the conclusion of the first half of the season this past week; three games were played on the final day.

Registration of players has been happening since the first round ended; teams with available on the 25 man rosters are eligible to add more players.

The first half went pretty smoothly with very few instances of postponed games due to rain or other varied reasons witnessed in previous seasons.

The only major case of disappointment was the original postponement of the big game between Braves of Customs and Ghana Police Service in the Women’s Division.

Braves lead the Women’s Division ahead of defending champions Police with Customs Maleside leading the Men’s Division I.

In the Men’s Division II, University of Ghana beat Ghana Air Force to first place in the standings after a 66-49 win over Junior Reformers. Lebanon House Court in Tudu and Prisons Court in Cantonments remain the league venues.
