In the aftermath of a 27-38 loss to Tema Heat, Tema Wildcats are scheduled to feature in tonight’s round of Tema Community Basketball league games at Tema’s Chinese Court.
Wildcats take on Teshie Rangers at 18:00 GMT in one of three four games lined up to be honoured. It is the third game on the itinerary.
The matchup pits two teams ranked in the bottom three of the 12 team standings against each other; Rangers are bottom with two wins in six games while Wildcats have three wins in eight games.
Despite putting up impressive performances in its debut season in the league, Wildcats holds a losing record and in need of wins.
Wildcats best outing thus far was a 32-38 loss to defending league champions Nungua Coldstore who got points late in the game to clinch the win.
Despite its position, Rangers could easily move into the top half of the standings with a coupleof wins after playing the least number of games (6) ahead of tonight’s game.
