Accra Basketball League (ABL) games originally set to be played today were honoured last night at the Prisons Court in Cantonments.
A clash of programs involving referees meant game officials wouldn’t be available today which pushed the Week 13 fixtures to Friday, June 28.
On the court, Ghana Police Service got the job done by clinching a 60-36 win over Ghana National Fire Service. The defending champions got back to winning ways after suffering a loss to bitter rival Braves of Customs. Police has five wins in six games this season.
In the Men’s Division I, defending champions Braves walked away from its contest against Tudu Magic with a 71-38 win. The league’s most dominant side is yet to lose a game in six appearances in the 2019 campaign.
Kaneshie Swanlakers rounded out the three games fixture list with a 47-31 win over Dunk Knights. The win evens Swanlakers record this season with three wins in six games.
