Multiple teams that suffered losses in previous league outings recovered to clinch wins in the latest round of Accra Basketball League (ABL) games played on Friday, June 14.

Two games were played in the Women’s Division that had Reformers of Prisons beat University of Ghana (UG) 51-25 and Ghana Navy beat Tudu Galaxy 36-32.

Following a heartbreaking 51-52 loss to Ghana National Fire Service, Prisons didn’t have many problems clinching the win over UG.

In a game that featured teams that lost to defending league champions Ghana Police Service in previous league meetings, Navy went out victors. Navy lost 31-60 to Police while Galaxy got hammered 18-84 by the same side.

In the Men’s Division II, Dunk Knights clinched its second win of the season thanks to a 74-57 win over Junior Reformers after falling to Novas via a 55-58 result only six days earlier.

Later tonight, Braves of Customs Female side takes on Fire Service at 15:00 GMT before Novas plays Ghana Air Force and Tema Youth plays Adenta Leopards in the Men’s Division.
