Braves of Customs contingent to Kenya are expected back in Ghana later this weekend per information gathered by Basketballghana.com
The Accra Basketball League (ABL) Club moved out of Ghana to honour an invitation to play in friendly games in the Eastern African country.
Braves Female and Male teams have been engaged in tough matchups during its second straight trip to Kenya after doing same last year.
Customs Female side played against Kenya National Female Team-the Lionesses- but lost 18-56 while the Male team atoned for the big loss.
Braves Male side beat Kenya’s National Male team-The Morans-64-60 in the follow up game to record an important win for the league outfit.
The team is expected to arrive in Ghana on Saturday, June 1 and prepare to honour outstanding league games. Braves Male team won last season’s ABL Men’s Division I but the Female side lost its league crown to Ghana Police Service.
Both teams lead their respective divisions this season.
