Bentil slams ball in Game One.
Ghana Forward Ben Bentil scored 16 points in Game 2 of the first round of the Greece A1 Basketball League playoffs against Ifestos but ended up not being enough to get his side a win.

Peristeri lost 71-77 to the seventh seeded side late last night to tie the series after two games. Peristeri beat Ifestos 84-81 in Game One earlier this week.

While Bentil scored in double digits again in this series, the Athens club failed to get a 2-0 lead in the series after the six point loss.

The 25 year old came off the bench once again and registered 16 points, six rebounds, three assists and a steal in 27 minutes.

His point production increased from 14 points in Game One but again struggled to hit shots from three point range. The combo Forward converted just one of five three point shot attempts in the game.

Teammate Steven Gray scored 18 points but Ifestos Guard Jerry Smith led the way with 25 points ahead of Game 3 later this weekend.
