Fiifi Brew, David Ziem and Andrew Quansah made the list after dominant performances throughout the season. Brew is in the running for his second MVP Award after clinching the 2017 edition with University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR).

Nana Adu and Kwame Acheampong of Desert Rabbits, Miracle Lartey of Spartans and reigning MVP winner Isaac Amponsah of Suncity Braves are also in the running for the award.
