Emmanuel and Ebenezer Dowuona are Ghanaian basketball players in line to make it to the NBA after making waves in the USA after emigrating from Ghana five years ago.

Emmanuel Dowuona enrolled as a student athlete at Purdue University but decided to sit out his year with the Boilermakers to improve his game further.

16 year old Ebenezer is a highly ranked prospect who has attracted a dozen scholarship offers from top programs including Ohio State University.

Aside the Buckeyes, the younger Dowuona has received offers from Auburn University, University of Minnesota, Clemson University among others ahead of 2020 enrollment.

Should he accept Ohio State University’s offer, Ebenezer will come into direct competition with his older brother in the division.

Speaking to elevenwarriors about that prospect, the 6 foot 10 inch Center said, “I would love going against Emmanuel, not going to lie. I go hard because I don’t like seeing Emmanuel beating me in basketball. And, you know, I’m the younger brother, so he doesn’t want me to (beat him)”.
