Ghana Navy will feature tonight in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Women’s Division against Reformers of Prisons at 15:00 GMT.
The game has Navy going up against home side Reformers later today at the Prisons Court in Cantonments, Accra.
Navy heads to the game on the back of a 27-22 win over University of Ghana (UG) in the previous round where it held a 16-2 lead at the end of the first quarter.
However, Navy’s offense slowed down considerably in the subsequent quarters allowing UG to close the deficit to single digits.
The win was Navy’s second in two games played this season and victory over Prisons will push the team into first place on the league standings.
Reformers are aiming to clinch a second straight win in as many appearances after grabbing a win over Ghana National Fire Service in its 2019 league season.
Navy ranks second in the league trailing Braves of Customs on goal difference with both teams tied on four points while Reformers rank sixth with two points.
