Emmanuel and Ebenezer Dowuona aim to play in the NBA in the near future and are working towards making that dream a reality.
The Ghanaian brothers moved to the United States of America five years ago thanks to the help of a legal guardian and their dream remains on course.
“Personally, my goal was to make it to the NBA. When I came up here, that’s been on my mind till now to make it to the NBA. We’ve been working every day. That’s the goal. Hopefully we make it to the NBA” Ebenezer said to elevenwarriors.
The older Dowuona, Emmanuel is on Purdue University’s Basketball Team but redshirted his first or freshman year with the Boilermakers over Clemson University and University of Connecticut.
Soon to be 17 year old Ebenezer is set to move to play at the College level in 2020 and is the 16th ranked Center. He is at The Heritage School in Newnan.
The 6 foot 10 inch Center has received several scholarship offers from University of Auburn, Kansas State University, University of Minnesota, Georgia Tech and Ohio State University.
Should he enroll at Ohio, he will face his brother Emmanuel in the Conference.
