Home side Primeiro do Agosto is scheduled to play Smouha SC from Alexandria, Egypt and JS Kairouan from Tunisia play defending champions AS Sale from Morocco.
The winners progress to the final game while the losing semifinalists battle for the bronze medal in the competition’s maiden run under the name AfroLeague.
The third and fourth ranked top scorers in the competition-James Justice Jnr. and Maodo Nguirane- will feature for Smouha and JS Kairouan respectively at this stage of the tournament.
There is a lot at stake for all participating teams as Agosto is battling to clinch a record ninth African title while Sale is aiming for back to back continental titles.
