Sakumono Titans are due to play Tema Rockets on Sunday, April 21 at the Tema Community 4 Court in the latest round of games in the 2018-2019 Tema Community Basketball League.
The game is one of four scheduled fixtures this weekend. The last four minutes and 23 seconds of the game involving Teshie Rangers and Francophone Stars will be played first before the fixtures roll out.
The Rangers-Stars matchup tips off at 15:00 GMT. Both Titans and Rockets head to the game needing a win after inconsistent starts to the campaign.
League debutant Titans has a win and a loss in two games thus far. Sakumono clinched a 47-41 win over Francophone in its maiden game.
However, the team lost 33-48 to league leaders Akatsi Rifles in the following week to gain three points and rank second in the young season.
On the other hand, Rockets is without a win after falling 24-34 to Rifles on the opening day of the new season. Despite the veteran laden team’s richness in experience, it is yet to turn it into results.
