Two more teams will make their debuts in the Tema Community Basketball League this weekend at the Tema Community 4 Court.

Spintex Knights and Wildcats are scheduled to be in action on Sunday, April 21 in the latest round of games in the 2019 campaign.

The pair and Sakumono Titans are the latest additions to the league roster that continues to grow each year since the league’s commencement in 2016.

Knights have generated a lot of buzz prior to its debut after signing big name players like Kontor Appiah from defending league champions Nungua Coldstore and Elvis Pobi-Siaw from Ashaiman Lions.

Ashaiman pulled out of playing in this year’s campaign and has subsequently been replaced by Wildcats. Lions played in the 2016 and 2017 League Final Game Series against Coldstore and Community 4 respectively.

Interestingly, Knights and Wildcats face off this weekend to determine which team grabs its maiden win first. The tie is one of five games to be played out on Easter Sunday. Titans have a win and a loss in two games thus far
