Ernest Aflakpui missed games for Temple University’s Men’s Basketball Team but made his return in the Owls matchup against Memphis University.
However, his return ended in a 73-81 loss to Memphis away from the Liacouras Center Home Arena in Philadelphia. The loss is Temple’s fifth in 15 games this season.
Aflakpui scored just a point and grabbed two rebounds in six minutes off the bench after missing the past couple of fixtures due to reasons yet to be known to Basketballghana.com
His last action on the court was against Southern Methodist University where Temple won 82-74 and Aflakpui recorded six points, a steal, an assist and 10 rebounds in 18 minutes.
The 6 foot 10 Power Forward is in his final season with the Owls and is averaging 6.2 points and 7.2 rebounds in 23.1 minutes this season.
He is expected to feature for Temple against Tulane University in the upcoming game on Sunday, March 3 at home. Temple is expected to win against a Tulane side that has four wins and 22 losses this season.
