Ghana Forward Ernest Aflakpui’s scoring tilt dropped in Temple University’s Male Basketball Team latest win in the NCAA regular season in the US.

Temple scored an 85-76 win over Memphis University early this morning with Aflakpui registering seven points and eight rebounds.

The 6 foot 10 inch player battled foul trouble throughout the entire game playing just 15 minutes as a starter for the Owls.

Aflakpui rolled into the game off a strong performance against Penn State where he scored a game leading 21 points and gathered a game leading 15 rebounds.

However, he saw little action as he racked up five fouls in 15 minutes in the win; Temple’s win is its 15th of the season in 19 games.

Aflakpui converted two of three field goal attempts and scored three of six free throw attempts while gathering five defensive rebounds.

Teammate Quinton Rose scored 26 points right behind Jeremiah Martin of Memphis’ game leading 28 points. Temple plays Cincinnati on Saturday, January 27.
