Ghana Combo Forward Ben Bentil and Peristeri GS take on Kolossos in the Greece A1 Basketball League later tonight at home.
Bentil goes into the game in hot form coming of two straight double double performances in the last couple of league games.
The former Providence College star had 13 points and 10 rebounds in Persiteri’s 74-71 win over Pananios for his first of the season.
In the Athens based side’s 69-92 loss to Olympiacos, Bentil registered an 18 point, 10 rebound performance for his second of the campaign and his first back to back in Greece.
Olympiacos is coached by former Cleveland Cavaliers trainer David Blatt who like Bentil, moved to Greece ahead of the ongoing season.
Peristeri rank third in the standings with eight wins in ten games behind leaders Panathinaikos who have nine wins in as many games.
Olympiakos is second place with nine wins in ten games. On the other hand, Kolossos is in 10th place with just two wins in nine games.
Bentil is averaging 11.6 points per game this season.
