Adabraka CYO has ended the 2018 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II campaign on top of the league standings as it prepares for life in the elite division.
The team has qualified to Division I and will participate in the elite competition next year after clinching the qualification spot.
CYO did so with a dominant run winning all nine games played including the 9-150 hammering of Junior Reformers on the final day of competition.
Adabraka ended the season with the emphatic win to cement its first place with 18 maximum points ahead of Panthers who ended with 15 points.
Panthers ended the season the same way it began with a loss as the side fell 53-61 to Tudu Galaxy. Dunk Knights piped Panthers to a 60-59 win in Round One.
Swanlakers and Teshie Rangers were the only teams to forfeit games and unsurprisingly occupied the bottom spots in the standings. Swanlakers ranked ninth and Rangers ranked 10th. Below is a breakdown of the standings:
