Ghana Center Amida Brimah scored 11 points in Austin Spurs 113-105 win over Northern Arizona Suns in the latest games in the NBA Gatorade League.
The win is Spurs sixth of the season and Brimah scored in double digits as a starter at Center alongside 2018 NBA Draft first round pick Lonnie Walker IV. Walker scored 10 points in his return from injury.
Amida was two rebounds short of a double double recording eight rebounds to go with a game leading six blocks in 34 minutes.
Unlike in previous games, Brimah had a better shooting performance from the free throw line as he scored one of three attempts from the free throw line.
Despite battling foul trouble (5) and turning the ball over four times, the 6 foot 11 inch player’s overall efficiency scoring five of nine field goals neutralized his ills in the contest.
All members of Spurs starting unit scored in double digits led by Power Forward Ben Moore’s 31 point production.
