Ayienab.

Heat (white) beat Francophone Stars.
Ahead of Game One of the 2018 Tema Community Basketball League Finals Tema Heat Guard Andrews Ayienab has doubled down belief on his team’s ability to win the League title.

He opined this in an interview on Ghana channel Kwese Free Sports basketball program “Courtside” in the lead up to the first of a possible three game series.

Heat takes on Nungua Coldstore in the Finals with the former heading to the series as overwhelming underdogs to the 2016 League Champions.

Speaking ahead of the game on Sunday, November 25 at the Tema Community 4 Court, the former Catholic University College Point Guard stated:

“We know we are going into this game as underdogs but I believe in my team I believe we can win”.

Heat ended the regular season with the second seed behind first seed Coldstore and proceeded to clinch wins over Teshie Rangers and Francophone Stars in the playoffs.

Coldstore has won 21 out of 22 games.
