There were no surprise results in Week 5 of the 2018 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I which ended over the weekend at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.
Four games were played due to Teshie Rangers surprise withdrawal from the division leaving its scheduled opponent Swanlakers with a forfeit win.
However, Tudu Galaxy, Panthers, Adabraka CYO and Ada Knights clinched wins in respective games as the campaign races on.
After a poor start to the season, Galaxy has found its feet and reeled off three straight wins with the latest being a 72-63 win over Dunk Knights.
Galaxy still holds the largest scoring mark in the division this year following its 101-56 win in what turned out to be Rangers final game of the season.
Panthers scored a 70-51 win over Junior Reformers to extend its winning run to four as Adenta Tusk lost 47-80 to league leaders CYO. Adabraka has won all games played.
Ada Knights beat Novas Academy 84-76 in the final game of the round.
