Heat (white) beat Francophone Stars.

Francophone Stars Coach Auguste Mohammed Wayne has stated his side fully prepared for its upcoming game against Tema Community 2.

The game tips off at the Tema Community 4 Court on Sunday, November 12 at 16:30 GMT with the 2018 Tema Community Basketball League Bronze Medal on the line.

Both teams have the chance to win a consolation prize in the one off game this weekend after missing out on the big prize following losses in the semifinals.

Stars lost 57-62 to Tema Heat while Community 2 lost 46-53 to Nungua Coldstore to set up the exciting final round of games this season.

Speaking in an interview on Ghana channel HSTV’s “Sports Zone” ahead of the game this weekend, Wayne stated, “My guys are really prepared for this game and I think we will win this game”

Point Guard Charles Donald who flanked Wayne on set was more affirmative adding “of course we will”.

This is Francophone Stars debut season in the Tema League and has impressed after securing the fourth seed in the regular season.
