Vikings clinched a 36-33 win over Francophone Stars in Game One but fell 33-51 in Game Two; this is the debut season for Vikings and Stars.
Tema Heat made good on its second seed to come from behind in the three game series to get past seventh seed Rangers.
Francophone and Heat join Nungua Coldstore and Tema Community 2 in the next round with Coldstore and C2 sweeping its series a week earlier.
