DC Dynamics and Navy Warriors lost the last round of games in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) on grounds of forfeiture.
Both teams were penalized for not having enough players on the court 15 minutes after the official start time in the pair of games.
Dynamics therefore lost its 15th straight game of the season due to a 0-20 result to winners Reformers of Prisons. Reformers clinched its fourth win in 13 games.
Warriors suffered same with an official 0-20 loss to Tudu Magic; Warriors were coming on the back of a splendid performance in the CAP 7 Memorial Tournament where the team placed second behind Adenta Leopards.
The loss is Warriors 11th loss in 16 games and the team’s league form is a far departure from that it showed in CAP 7 Tournament.
Ghana Fire Service 60-59 win over Tema Youth proved enough to get Fire into sixth place moving Warriors down to seventh.
Dynamics remain rooted at the bottom of the standings.
