Adenta Leopards flat out dominated the CAP 7 Memorial Basketball Tournament Best Five with the team having four members named.
Leopards beat Navy Warriors 40-35 in the final game to win gold in the Men’s Division of the competition’s maiden edition.
Most Valuable Player Kwame Mawukor led Leopards contingent in the elite group after playing a starring role at Shooting Guard.
Center Suleiman Abubakar played for Adenta in the absence of Braves in the tournament, Muhaimin Guba and Point Guard Kontor Appiah joined Mawukor on the team.
The lone non Adenta representative on All Star Team was Navy Warriors Forward Yannick Mbemba whose was crucial to Warriors surprise run to the final.
The competition was organized to honour former Accra Basketball League (ABL) Chairman Benjamin Baafi who passed away a year ago.
Tema Youth and Abadraka CYO placed third and fourth on the eight team roster which had the likes of Teshie Rangers and home side Tudu Magic competing.
