In a winner takes all game, Youth powered its way to victory late on in the game after a strong start Teshie start got Youth fans worried.
Youth joins Adabraka CYO, Adenta Leopards and Navy Warriors in the semifinals which come off on tomorrow at the same venue.
Despite sealing a spot in the final four prior to its matchup against Nima Novas, Leopards maintained its perfect record in the tournament by beating Novas 69-54.
Warriors take on CYO while Tema Youth’s win sets up a tough matchup against Adenta Leopards in the semifinals tomorrow.
Winners will feature in the finals on Saturday, September 22. CAP 7 has been put together to honour former ABL Chairman Benjamin Baafi whose demise came a year ago.
