Tudu Galaxy recorded losses in the Male and Female Divisions on Day 3 of the CAP 7 Memorial Basketball Tournament at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu over the weekend.
Galaxy suffered a 21-35 loss to Ghana Police Service in the Women’s Division; the game was Galaxy’s debut in the competition.
On the other hand, Police made it two wins in two games in the competition extending its winning streak in the 2018 campaign to 10 games.
In the Male Division, Galaxy suffered a 42-44 loss to Tema Youth capping off a poor day for the home side. For Tema, the win was a nice bounce back from a 55-75 loss to Warriors in the first game.
Teshie Rangers lost 30-32 to Warriors who have been impressive in the tournament thus far and Adenta Leopards secured a 45-42 win over Tesano Leopards.
Like Warriors, Leopards have two wins in as many appearances in the competition. Galaxy’s Female side plays Ghana Fire Service on Tuesday and the Male Galaxy side faces Warriors on the same day.
