Braves of Customs are overwhelming favorites to win tonight’s CAP 7 Memorial Basketball Tournament matchup against Dunk Knights.
The game is scheduled to tip off at 16: 00 GMT at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu later today to mark Day 4 of the competition put together to honour former Accra Basketball League (ABL) Chairman Benjamin Baafi.
Braves convincing 49-19 win over Reformers of Prisons on its competition debut puts them ahead of Dunk at least on paper heading into the game.
Knights is the least ranked team among ABL Women’s Division sides participating in the tournament and lost 11-29 to Tudu Galaxy in its last league matchup.
Dunk’s game is the first of only two games scheduled tonight which has Nima Novas taking on Adabraka CYO in the Men’s Division.
The competition tipped off on Friday September 14 on what would have been Baafi’s 55th birthday and is set to end this weekend.
Baafi won the Dedication and Valour Prize at the 2016 Ghana Basketball Awards.
