Accra Basketball League (ABL) games scheduled to be played later today at the Prisons Court in Cantonments have been moved Basketballghana.com can confirm.
The Lebanon House Court in Tudu will be the new host venue due to reasons described by league management as “beyond their control”.
Ghana Fire Service will play Reformers of Prisons in the Women’s Division in the opening game at 16:00 GMT before Braves of Customs take on Navy Warriors in the Men’s Division immediately after.
Games played in recent days leading up to today have been played at the Prisons Court and the pair of games was to end the latest round.
In a statement released earlier today, management’s communicate stated, “Due to circumstances beyond our control all matches scheduled for the Prisons Court today, Saturday the 8th of September has been moved to Lebanon House. Fire Vs. Prisons (women) and GRA (Customs) Vs. Warriors (men) are to take notice of the change in venue”.
Braves lead the Men’s Division I with an unbeaten 14 game record.
