Tudu Galaxy and Reformers of Prisons clinched wins in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) games played on Thursday, September 6.
Galaxy beat Dunk Knights 29-11 in the Women’s Division to clinch its second win this season and improve its tally to 12.
Knights season worsens after the latest los; Dunk has just a win in 10 games to show for its efforts this season. The team ranks bottom of the six team standings.
In the Male division, Reformers made good on home support to power its way past Tudu Magic for a 58-55 win in a close game.
The win is Prisons third in 12 games and bumps the team’s tally to 15 points distancing itself from bottom ranked DC Dynamics who play later tonight.
Unlike its female affiliated side Galaxy, Magic missed out on a win against the home side who have played the least number of games in the division.
Later tonight, two games will be honored at the same venue with Ghana Fire Service taking on Adenta Leopards at 18:00 GMT and Dynamics taking on Tema Youth immediately after.
