Braves in action against Fire Service.Reformers of Prisons and Ghana Fire Service will face off at the Prisons Court in Cantonments later this week in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Women’s Division.
The game tips off on Saturday September 8 at 16:00 GMT and features teams that have clinched respective wins against Braves of Customs in recent weeks.
Defending league champions Braves have played below their standard throughout the season and lost four of 10 games thus far.
Those losses include a 52-54 loss to Reformers and a 32-46 loss to Fire Service; division leaders Ghana Police Service are responsible for the other defeats.
Reformers rank third in the division with 15 points from winning six of nine games ahead of the matchup with Fire in fourth place.
Ghana Fire Service has five wins in eight games and two points behind Prisons mark; the team has experienced an improvement since the commencement of the second round.
Dunk Club will take on Tudu Galaxy in the first game in the division on Thursday September 6 at the same venue with both teams in the bottom spots.
