Former Accra Basketball League (ABL) star Center Romeo Enan has returned to Tunisia to finalize preparations for the upcoming season.
The lanky shot blocking defender played in the Tunisian League for the first time last season following his move from Kwese Nigerian Premier League side Kwara Falcons.
In his debut season in Tunisia, Enan featured for JS Manazeh en route to a playoff run where the side got eliminated in the first round.
Enan made an appearance on celebrated Ghanaian basketball channel “Courtside” during his time in Ghana during the offseason where he elaborated on his experience in North Africa.
The 2015 Ghana Basketball Awards Tertiary Player of the Year winner and Accra Technical University product featured for all conquering Braves of Customs side in the ABL Men’s Division I.
The Ivorian international earned a call up to the Elephants 2017 African Basketball Championship (AfroBasket) tournament co hosted by Senegal and Tunisia.
Reports reaching Basketballghana.com suggest he could leave Manazeh prior to the season’s commencement.
