Despite not featuring in the just completed round of games in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Women’s Division, Ghana Police Service still leads the division.
Defending league champions Braves of Customs follow suit by staying put in second place despite not making an appearance this past week.
The aforementioned situation highlights minimal movement in the division and Men’s Division I respectively. Braves and Police are also ranked in the Men’s top two.
However, Reformers of Prisons were in action for the first time in a long while and made their comeback with a win over Tudu Galaxy.
Prisons clinched a 50-40 win over a Galaxy side that missed the service of Forward Naa Shika Moffat who was away on national team duties.
Moffat played for Ghana at the just FIBA 3X3 Zone 3 African Championship which had the likes of Ivory Coast and Benin qualify to the continental tournament ahead of Ghana.
Dunk Club fell back to the bottom spot after falling 27-56 to the improved Ghana Fire Service team. Below are full details of the standings:
