There were few changes in position in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I standings following games in the just ended round.
Braves of Customs remain on course to defend its league title after securing a second straight win over main rival Tema Youth over the weekend at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.
Braves clinched a 78-56 win in a game played on a day the league honored former Chairman and Braves head Benjamin Baafi.
The win improves Braves point tally to 20 and its winning record in the campaign to 10 without any losses; Customs play against Ghana Fire Service on July 13.
Despite losing 72-79 to Fire Service, Police maintains its second position in the standings but only ahead of Tema Youth with a better goal difference.
Youth suffered the loss to Braves and has 16 points from winning six of ten games; Adenta Leopards have the same point tally and lie fourth.
