In the opening round of games in the second round, Leopards delivered a nail biting finish to the game which had Braves clinch a 62-61 win.
The game was played out at the Prisons Court in Cantonments and was the final of six games usher in the restart of the league following the conclusion of the first round.
Leopards missed chances to seal the win and the experienced Braves side took advantage to secure its ninth win in as many games.
In the preceding game, Ghana Fire Service delivered a 72-49 win over DC Dynamics for its third win of the season and first in the second round.
This means Dynamics pathetic run in the 2018 season continues as the side is winless in nine appearances in the campaign.
Braves and Dynamics maintain positions at the summit and basement of the league standings respectively.
