Tema Youth has added Reformers of Prisons to its list of victims using its five man army in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I.
Youth had five players available through the entire game the team ended with a 66-64 win over Reformers in games played last night at the Lebanon House Court.
Prior to the game, Tema used the same lineup quantity wise and different faces to beat Navy Warriors 64-60 exactly a week before its Week 6 game against Prisons.
Shooting Guard Jonathan Walker and Center/Forward Josiah Karikari played against Warriors but were not present for the Reformers matchup.
The likes of Mark Mensah replaced them in the lineup but Kent Fosu, Cedric Nambi and Brian Kwami retained their spots in the team to pip Reformers.
While Reformers tied the score at 64 with seconds remaining in the game courtesy Amos Ollenu’s three point shot, Youth held on to clinch its fourth win of the season while condemning Prisons to its fourth loss in six games.
