Ghana Police and Braves of Customs will lock horns later tonight at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Women’s Division.
The two sides are yet to beaten this season and remain the only ones to maintain an unbeaten run through five weeks in the 2018 campaign.
Both sides have three wins apiece and have a chance to dislodge Ghana Fire Service from the division’s top spot since Fire is not active in today’s round of games.
Police is ranked second in the standings with six points ahead of third placed Braves who have the same number of points but hold an lower goal difference to Police’s 94.
The rivalry between Police and the defending league champions has been absent for the past couple of seasons as Police did not play in those seasons.
The tie is one of two games scheduled to be played at the venue as Reformers of Prisons take on Dunks Club. Prisons has six points from two wins in four games while Dunks is winless this season.
